All our prices are listed in euros and include 21% VAT. The shipping costs (if applicable) are charged extra but are always clearly indicated before the buyer completes and pays his order.
Some products are delivered without shipping costs, if so they are mentioned in the product description and u will see in your shopping cart Free Shipping.
Before u buy a case for your mobile phone or tablet make sure u are ordering the correct model, something which isn’t always easy, therefore please check your modelnumber to make sure u have the correct case.
How do i know which mobile phone or tablet i have?
Open Settings and select General > About. Next to Model you’ll see an alphanumeric code almost certainly beginning with an M, it tells you everything you need to know about what sort of iPhone you’ve got.

The first thing you should try is looking on the phone itself to see if the model number is printed there, so start by flipping your phone over. If you’re running a Samsung or LG handset, there’s a good chance the model is listed right there on the back. Pretty simple!

Delivery & Shipping
Our products are currently delivered in the European Union. Special Case tries to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible, and gives an indicative delivery time to the buyer. We emphasize that this designation is purely indicative, and that the seller can not be held responsible for delays that are incurred outside of his will. In addition, the buyer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.
The deliveries of the seller are made via partner Bpost in Belgium and PostNL + DHL in the Netherlands. Outside of the Benelux we use mailbox post (lots of products from our shop fit in your mailbox) or DHL/UPS.
Certain Special Case products are delivered worldwide through our partners or through Special Case, if so it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Services & Return Policy
In accordance with the Law of 6/4/2010, the buyer has 14 days to return the purchase of products from the seller. The buyer must always inform the seller of this in writing or via email email@example.com and send the refused products back to the seller at the buyer’s expense. The buyer returns the products in a sturdy package, in undamaged and unused condition, together with a written proof of the purchase. Under no circumstances will unreported or insufficiently stamped return shipments be credited. Custom made cases and wooden accessories cannot be returned.
* If the return concerns an article that was incorrectly delivered by Special Case, or damaged, u can send us a photo and copy of your bill through email and we will take care of the costs for shipping and make sure u will receive a new or correct product as soon as possible.
After notifying us of your intention to return a product u have to fill in the Return Form, which u will receive by mail from us.
